Wish it could get warmer but I’m always cold. Appropriately hot though. Fairly quiet like I could go shopping with it on or wear it at work. Quick and easy to turn on and off without looking. Very soft. Covers most of my lower abdomen so provides a good coverage with cramping. The vibrations provide fair counter pressure to my cramps and allow for a decent distraction. Have used it with relief with cramping on my back too! Just twist it around and keep it going. Have been using it for a few months now and love it. Have recommended it to a few people. Love the color too!

Bought this for my daughter for her back pain. The heating feature is great! The belt works well and the color is very pretty. The massage setting is very loud and does not help her much. She says it dosent last very long on a charge. But overall, it's a good little heating pad.

Context, purchased for myself a 49M Triathlete and my daughter 23F. Primarily purchased to give my daughter any relief from her Menstrual Cramps which are severe. She had the same reaction, comfortable and eased the discomfort which is saying a lot. Many less tears while using this pad. For myself, after a bike ride and run I get lower back pain. I was surprised how well this heated my back like a corded heating pad. BUT, instead of using the massive 18"x24" pad over the whole back and bottom, this targeted exactly where I needed it. Heath output was the same I could get from the heating pad, strong & hot. I've been wearing it during this review so far, and had to turn it down 1 heat setting after 10 minutes. Again, saying a lot because I rarely turn any heating pad down from max. No more needing to deal with greasy Icy Hot or patches to deal with. Packaging, excellent. Not over packaged, little waste, all can be recycled. 5 stars. Style: Looks nice, feels soft. Easy buckle for anyone to use, light tension for those with arthritis or limited hand strength. Overall, I'm really happy with this product, especially when traveling this is ideal to toss in a bag and use wherever we are.

The product I got was obviously a returned product but, I was in to much pain to care so I tried it and it works great and is super helpful for cramping I wish it came in a bigger option to cover more area I’m a bigger girl so more area to cover when cramping 🥴 beside that so far so good ! It’s only been about 10m but it’s hot and I’m not cramping

Quand j'ai mes règles comme elles peuvent être normales (douleurs peu agréables mais ça va je peux vivre normalement) ou très douloureuses à la limite de tomber dans les pommes ! Je ne prends pas de médicaments de toute façon ça ne marche pas. À part faire des analyses et des échographies et essayer de comprendre ce qui va pas, j'utilise cet appareil ! En plus l'hiver quand j'ai mes règles j'ai plus froid donc il régule ma température et me tient au chaud à une température raisonnable je le mets à haute température qq minutes par dessus mes vêtements (culotte + débardeur + sous pull) et dès que ça chauffe bien au bout de 5mn je mets en chaleur douce et ça maide bien... Je peux travailler tranquillement au bureau ça apaise mes douleurs (ce n'est pas magique mais ça apaise) et ça tient longtemps chargé ! Je l'ai porté à peu près 2 jours chargé. Quasi toute la journée. Mais je recommande ni les vibrations (j'aime pas ça) ni trop haute température car ça brûle un peu ça agresse un peu trop la peau... Bref à chaleur douce on se sent dans un cocon et on apprécie et surtout c'est un secret personne ne sait que tu as tes règles car tu n'es pas plié en deux ! Par contre je n'ai pas réglé l'histoire du pantalon... Il faut avoir un pantalon qui se ferme sur l'appareil donc pas trop serré car ça prend un peu de place comme une grosse ceinture... Je pourrai me sentir un peu plus libre grâce à cet engin si on sort voir des amis aussi etc. Bref merci tu as changé ma vie😊 à essayer pour les filles comme moi !

It is easy to use and simple to put on and take off. It gets really warm on highest temperature, but as you got 3 levels to choose from you can find the one that suits you. However it does not have the 8 hour battery time. When I've used it on constant heat it lasts around 3-4 hours on a full charge, but this is okay as its usually enough for me.
