I love all of doctor Berg's products... As for the money , I think it was very well worth it.

It's only been a week but I was at my wits end with hot flashes around 20 times a day, mostly at night waking me up or making it hard to fall asleep. I was sleeping around 5-6 hours a night in one hour increments being woken up over and over. I would have them during the day feeling like I needed to take off all my layers (it's winter right now) with every store I walked into. My temperature was always either freezing or sweating. So I decided to try a supplement because it would come sooner than I could get to a doc appt. I've tried HRT before and it worked for my hot flashes but mistakenly thought after 9 months that maybe I could go off it. Three months later and it is awful. Bottom line is within 48 hours this stuff was already helping decrease my hot flashes and allowing me to sleep better. I didn't expect it to work that fast but am thrilled. I'm now only getting a super mild hot flash once or twice a day and actually feel rested again. This was so worth it! I will update the review if anything changes considering it has only been a week.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Berg and have been very satisfied with other products of his that I've used. However, the DIM Supplement gave me pretty uncomfortable headaches and then I started spotting which, being postmenopausal, caused great concerns. I will be keeping an eye on things and consult with my doctor to make sure there isn't anything else going on, but I did read that DIM in particular can cause these side effects so I will not be taking this any longer to see if that makes a difference. That's really the only reason for me giving it a 1-star rating, as it gave me complications. This listing says there is a 𝟯𝟬-𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 and to send a message for a refund but I'm not entirely sure how to do that via Amazon. Has anyone tried to do this? Any advice would be appreciated! I'll also trying reaching out through Dr. Berg's direct website. Thanks in advance. UPDATE: I wanted to update my review and rating due to the quick response and resolution to my question on how to receive a refund. I did reach out to Dr. Berg's team via their website and someone responded to me within 24 hours. They asked for my Amazon order ID number and contacted Amazon to have the refund processed. Excellent customer service in all respects! I hope this helps others who may be in this situation and I also hope this product works well for most of you. :-)

Great supplement My hot flashes were gone with in a Week.

For ladies who deal with hot flashes and mood swings. I highly recommend this DIM supplement it has herbs in it that help with these types of symptoms. It helps me every time. I take mine before bedtime because that's when I have the most trouble with hot flashes. It says to take 2 but I take 1 and I feel great.

I love Dr Bergs products but this one didn’t work out for me or at least I’m nervous to continue. Upon taking it 2 a day like the directions instructed, I think it’s too high of a dose for me. I’m .5 Progesterone and 123 Estrogen. So I’m E dominant. I have an OTC progesterone cream coming which is what I should’ve started with then slowly take Dim at a lower dose like half -100mg or 200 every other day. I woke up with a bad headache today and it’s lingering around for hours. I’m also spotting again after 13 months with no period which is now understandable why it happened after my research. So just becareful that’s it. Know your hormonal numbers and proceed properly, it is always good to talk to a reliable doctor first when we start new supplements. **Update- amazing customer service. I started taking this DIM supplement after discussing it with my healthcare provider. While I don’t notice a dramatic day-to-day difference from taking it, I did notice that things seemed to work better for me when I was consistent about taking it every day, which is why I’ve continued using it. The capsules are easy to take, there’s no unpleasant taste, and I appreciate that the serving size is only two capsules daily. I’ve had no issues with the product itself and have found it easy to incorporate into my routine. Overall, this has been a good-quality DIM supplement, and I would purchase it again.
