Nice product but bad packaging and handling
The chairs are good. Easily carry 90 kg weight. Comfortable, sightly upright. Good ventilation to back and seat. Rubber pads at bottom of leg does not let it slide easily. However the packing and handling in transport is very poor. Have received the product with minor scratches.

Not the sturdy, shaking while sitting. Old people should be careful while sitting. Aesthetics are nice. Nice look. Only suitable for coffee shop and ambience perspective.

Cracks developed in the siting place
I have purchased by looking at name of Nilkamal but after using for few months we have observed cracks developed at sit and our clothes are getting trapped in that cracks. This is really unfortunate for the company that has got such a good quality reputation
