this is my 3rd Asus device
This is my third Asus device but my first laptop. I was very happy with the first two and am looking forward to the same quality and longevity in this new laptop! I did not have a bit of trouble with my former devices the first got too small it was a notebook type, the second aged out of updates and support after 6 years so hence an upgrade!! Hope to have several years of the same uninterrupted service and reliability! Cris

Great laptop for the price range
I bought this laptop without expecting much, but I was positively surprised. First, I thought it would not run windows 11 well since processor, RAM etc. are very basic, but it did at the end... so a plus there. I ended up replacing the SSD by a 500Gb one as the original 128Gb was way too small for today's demands. I also included a 16Gb RAM (raising it to 24Gb) also to give it a boost; at the end with it is proving to be a good enough laptop for basic activities (browse internet, emails, excel/word/TEAMS stuff). The reason for a 4 star is that it "feels cheap" with all plastic case, etc... I get it, it was a very low-cost laptop (U$270 with all upgrades), but I think they could have made the plastic look a bit "sleeker".

Gotta be the best laptop I've ever owned
This thing has been through the ringer. I've had it for more than 8 or 9 years. My toddler spilled things on it (5 years ago), stepped on it. It is sturdy. It only recently died and I will be getting another one

Best laptop for daily use
I have purchased this product based on the reviews from Amazon. The laptop works great on daily use, able to setup and ready to use. The performance of Laptop booting and shutdown pretty fast based on daily use. I have installed Office and it is working as expected. I would recommend to everyone to buy this model for daily use.

Exactly what we needed
Laptop is beautiful, works as expected. So far battery life has been good, easy to set up, easy to connect to WiFi, and easy to connect bluetooth headphones. We are very happy with the purchase.

Bad performance and battery life
Up to now the item has been working well but two things are not really functioning properly. One: Battery life, the charge on this computer doesn’t last at all, you can have it in 100 percent that in two hours it will already be at 50% with just using tabs Two: The system is supposed to include a Ryzen 3, which is a Ryzen series pretty acceptable for just OFFICE AND TABBING, and the divice lags for just having about 2-4 tabs open on Chrome and/or Edge.

Great budget priced 1080P laptop for office work and browsing.
Got it for Singapore $381. Wish it came with at least double the capacity of storage space; but can't complain for the price paid. Will do an upgrade after warranty expires.
