Really pleased with this unit Well made, easy to clean, stainless steel tank, long enough for a pair of glasses. Tried it on several items with just warm water and a bit of liquid soap! Excellent. Although tended to use longer than recommended times With two plastic containers one for general use the other for watch straps to keep movement above water Excellent purchase definitely recommend.

1st one of these lasted for nearly 3 years until it was dropped, this was a replacement.

Tried to clean studs, chain, rings. Some very dirty others not so. Did nothing to clean any item. Followed instructions, without cleaning solution, with cleaning solution, with more solution. On every timed setting several times and other than the machine buzzing and vibrating it did not even get tarnish off a silver chain. What it did do was kink the tarnished chain. Luckily I could return it but will have to return the chain to Clogau to get it fixed. So disappointed

Does exactly what it says on the tin. It cleans jewellery & spectacles by vibrating them in a soapy water solution many many many times a second hence loosening the dirt from them. Simple clear operation & very effective.

Purchased as a replacement for an old unit which shorted kicking home RCD.... Excellent performance and well thought out design (square + 18cm length means my airbrush needles fit in). Detachable power figure 8 cord facilitates emptying tank and design details like "lip" over power input will prevent humidity. If longevity matches 1st impressions this is a winner
