INNERSENSE Organic Beauty - I Create Curl Memory Styling Cream (10oz)

HAIR TYPE: Long, fine, wavy to curly This is the holy grail of hair gels/creams for me. I get a greasy scalp FAST and my long fine hair likes to form split ends. Everything I have ever tried has weighed my hair down, made it gross oily, or given it that 90s hypergel crunchy look. This stuff is perfect. It's lightweight. You don't need to use much. It smells nice. It ACTUALLY PROTECTS MY HAIR?? Like my hair is not splitting as much because the gel kind of "encases" it??? But I still get beautiful full curls! No frizz, no oily, and the crunchy scrunches out beautifully with your hands after it dries. Seems to play well with my hair oil and hairspray as well. Absolutely worth every penny.

I have been searching for a product like this for yearssss. If I could give this more than five stars I would. I have loose waves but tend toward frizz especially in the summer humidity. This gives me the perfect definition to my curls without making them crunchy, sticky, or weighed down. Even on day two I am able to just dampen my hair slightly and *maybe* add one pump more *if* it even needs it and my hair looks great. I generally don't take the time to write reviews but this product deserves it. Don’t hesitate, buy it.

For curly hair , this is a must. I get a curl by curl cut and the salon uses this product. 2 pumps takes care of my mid length curly hair. I even stocked up as it was discounted in prime day. On average it lasts me 2 1/2 months.

My new go to product (with I Create Hold) for styling and defining my very coily natural hair. I LOVE the look! Also, very hydrating. Great value for the money. Once I got a feel for the product I realized that a little can go a long way. Unless I drench my coils in the shower, there is no need to reapply daily. I mix with about 25% I Create Hold for the staying power. (Experiment with the best blend for your hair). I discovered that using I Create Hold by itself resulted in more shrinkage than I liked. This product hydrates, defines AND elongates (my hair). Secure with a silk scarf at night. In the morning, spritz with water or a very quick dip under the shower, reshape and awaken coils, and you’re on your way.

I think this just became my favorite hair product ever. I love the hold, and the fact that my curls last all day, and by day 2 i just have to dampen my hair a bit to bring them back. Not a lot of frizz, especially since I live in a humid are. Since I have fine hair, I don't use too much. I will say it is rather small for how much it costs. One of my most expensive products, but I'll have to make it last.

I absolutely love this product. I normally don’t use gel on my curls, but I wanted to try something different for the summer time to keep my curls lasting. I kid you not my curls last for about a week when I apply this gel. And what I love most about this product it doesn’t weigh down on my hair or leaves it feeling sticky and oily.

Update 5/25/2025: I just bought the 64 oz refill pouch. This is my main gel. Used with a lot of water. It's very moisturizing believe it or not. I style my hair dripping wet. And I put on about five pumps of this in the shower or under a spray, work it through and then add water and work it through each strand. Then over that I add another gel and do the same thing — either I Create Definition, I Create Lift, I Create Volume, or Olaplex Number 9 Serum which is really moisturizing. The key is not to stint on water. Use this product without enough water and it really is very stiff. Not that great. With water, it's perfect. And even with my hair dripping wet it only takes half an hour or less to diffuse because I'm not using oils or creams. Update: added photo Original review: The only issue I have with Innersense styling products is that I never know which one to use because they're all pretty great. It mostly depends on the length of my hair. I tend to use a combination of two whichever ones I use. This product I got the hookup from my hair stylist as is usual with Innersense. And it's really nice. I have to keep my hair short now because as I age it has thinned. And with short hair I need a stronger curl hold. If I don't have it, I have to refresh the curls with a little damp water + product every 2- 3 days. When my hair was longer I could go for up to a week without refreshing it with water, just a little cream or a tiny bit of oil to smooth. What I like about this product is that it gives me more hold, tighter and better than I Create Hold. The feel is stiffer, but I don't really mind that. I don't have to use a lot, in fact, the less the better. It doesn't pay to use more. It works best if I use a little Quiet Calm Curl Control, or the Inner Peace cream as a leave in underneath it. I'm rating it four stars only because I haven't used it for very long. It's definitely 4.5 at this point.

I use this and the imagine curls foam styling product from Innersense. My stylist recommended these as I was growing out a bleached white pixie cut (friends don't let friends get these!) I have always had natural wave, maybe even curl depending on the cut length. I needed something to help me bridge the grow out and limit breakage. These products have no alcohol and are not drying. They are so EASY. I don't even take as much care as they do in the videos online for application. Wash, condition, squeeze out water and then product, finger combed. . A little bit of air time before I add the styling foam, scrunch and diffuse. It's so easy. I hate spending time on hair and if this was at all a pain I wouldn't use it. I've never NOT used it since I started and I've been accused of getting a perm, my curls so happy. I bought these for my daughter and then I bought another set for a friend. A little goes a long way, and I can go three days before washing with really good looking curls. First day is a little tight and then it loosens perfectly. Even the areas on my head where I would have said my hair was almost straight have taken to curling up. Love it. Never stop making it.

This is amazing for my fine curly hair. You don’t need a lot and I usually only use this after conditioning my hair. The curls look amazing it really defines them and it stops any frizz! I’ve tried too many products and this is by far the best!
