This beverage dispenser is by far the best one on the market. We have bought previous brands that were less quality. This beverage dispenser is manufactured with a steel that is very robust.

Worked great for my event! I pre-heated the dispenser with boiling water before filling with homemade hot chocolate to ensure my drinks would retain heat and it worked like a charm!

This is a wonderful 2 gallon thermal drink dispenser! It is very well-made, the spout and handle work perfectly with no leaks, and it really does keep things hot or cold for hours. I took this to a church event to serve hot chocolate, and everyone was so impressed with it that they asked me to please bring it to other events and get-togethers. I have done so, and we have used it to serve coffee and lemonade. The two gallon amount is the perfect. We can make the coffee early and then a few hours later, it is still piping hot. It is not heavy, so it is easy to take somewhere, especially if it is transported empty. I wasn't sure how much I would use this, as I don't entertain big groups very often in my home, but it has really been getting a lot of use at church, and I am so pleased with it!

We use a beverage dispenser for coffee when folks come over, but we needed another dispenser for other drink options. This product is well made and has several helpful features. It's professional looking with the stainless outside. It has three foldable legs that can be folded back for easier storage. The top screws off easily and 2.1 gallons is a good size. The walls aren't especially thick, but the container holds liquid at temp well enough for a few hours. I like that it shows the liquid temp, which is a feature I've never seen before. The spigot is secure and not cheap feeling. It includes a measuring cup which is a nice bonus. Overall, good dispenser for our non-commercial use.

I am hosting a tea party for about 90 people in less than a month and when I saw this, I knew this would be an excellent way to dispense the cold tea. What I like most about this: * Large size, so it can hold 2 gallons * Temperature is indicated on the outside * Came with a measuring cup * Can hold either cold or hot liquids Cons: * None Experience: I have not used it formally yet, but I did put in some ice water to see how long it keeps and unexpectedly, it kept the temperature stead for well over an hour. I am impressed. I can't wait to see how good it works at the party. I will update after party use.

Wash well before use with every item you receive that is going to hold food or beverages. Kept coffee hot for more than 6 hours. Have not used with any cold beverage so far. I am hopeful that it will also keep my beverages cold for hours.
