I love this thing. I keep it down at my art studio so that I don't have to constantly go back and forth getting water. It keeps my water at a consistently cold temperature for a week. I don't worry about the water getting gross because it's a nice stainless steel and seals well at the lid. I haven't put any hot liquid in to see how it does with heat but it does great with ice and cold. I love the dispenser. It feels really sturdy and not at all cheap. They used all metal on the inside to hold the tap on. There is no plastic inside the unit . Actually, I would say overall that quality is the feel of this unit. There are some coffee pots that have the same look as this for when you're serving large amounts of people. A lot of those have just a cheap quality to them. The nozzle feels like it's going to break off. That is not this dispenser. The handle is for carrying it also really sturdy and I have no trouble at all carrying it down to my building when it is completely full of water. I would definitely make this purchase again.

I love this. First of all, it is so simple and easy to use. I have used it for a while now and it was amazing. I recently had a family gathering and this saved me so much time. I added water in it to use for tea and it took about five minutes for the water to be hot and ready. I love the real-time temperature of the drink feature and found that very useful. I can tell it has great installation because the hot water that I had in it stayed hot long after I turned it off. It also can hold cold drinks so I've filled it a couple of times with lemonade and once with orange juice. I was able to get it at the perfect temperature where it wasn't too cold or too warm. It also has a handle on the top which makes it super easy to move from room to room. The dispenser is also easy to use and not too fast so it doesn't let the drink splash out of the cup while I am pouring it. This is literally the perfect beverage dispenser. I've used it dozens of times for various beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juice. I honestly never thought it would be this useful but it is. I've used it for family gatherings, small parties, and even at breakfast with my kids. I'm going to definitely keep using this it's very useful and worked amazingly.

This is ideal for a breakfast or brunch with friends or work, but don't overlook it for cold drinks as well! We made some mimosas for a brunch bus for friends and everyone brought snacks. We also made cocktails in it for a NYE party. Made better than most of the leaky glass ones I have seen. This is really heavy duty. What is unique about it is not only that the stainless steel keeps drinks hot or cold, but that it display the temperature of the drink for you so you know, for example, if the coffee is hot prior to pouring. Exceeds expectations. Perfect size as well.

I was really surprised at how well this worked. I filled it with hot tap water at 110F and monitored it over the course of the next 12 hours. After 5 hours it had only lost a few degrees. After 8 hours it had gone down to about 100F. The next morning I woke and it was at about 82F in a room about 72F. 82F is not at all hot for a drink, but it's not cold, either. I can't imagine needing to use this over the course of more than 5-8 hours so it fits those use cases perfectly. It is easy to store liquids with the massive removable lid. It has a nice sturdy handle and an easy-to-use valve that can be fixed open. My only real gripe about this unit is that the materials feel a bit cheaper and the digital display is flat so it doesn't fit perfectly flush against the edge which lends to a feeling of cheapness. I'd still recommend this though.

Firstly, let me start off by saying that this is NOT a percolator. It does NOT make coffee but will keep a large amount of coffee warm for an extended period of time. This will hold several pots at once making it nice to make in advance and keep this on the counter with an assortment of cups and such. I also really like that the legs flip down, lid locks tightly, and has a sturdy handle. I plan on taking this to our family reunion at a park. We have a lot of older folks that love coffee, even at picnics. My mom used to take a percolator when I was younger, and I really hate those things, so easy to get burnt and such a pain taking water, coffee, etc to a park setting.

This does not make beverages. You put your beverages in it and it either stays warm or stays cold. It is great for a party. I had a party and used this for coffee and the coffee was hot for 5 hours straight. I put water in it and it started cold for 8 hours. Comes with a built-in thermometer. Built very well and sturdy. Easy to use and easy to clean. Good price and fast delivery.

It did a very good job of keeping coffee hot for the entire duration of a party we had recently. Great that it has a temperature reading on it and it's really solidly built.

This is a good beverage dispenser, keeps my coffee nice and hot! I take this on our events at church and other places and it works great. Super easy to clean and to use
