I bought this set in February and it worked very well, but the spring mechanism on the scissors has just broken. Can I get a replacement?

Definitely get in touch with the company directly whether that be through a phone number or an email as you should be given a replacement. As most companies will do this. I have had a similar experience my little toenail mechanism with the two grips actually broke on the first use but I could easily super glue this myself. Goodluck and take care.

How often do you use this? A few times a week or once a week?

When needed until you have no ingrown toenail very gently and slowly use warm water to soften and just do a little bit of your toenail at a time took 2 weeks

Smis this good for an ingrown middle toe or just the big toe?

I had two big toes and a middle toe with ingrown nails, sorted the job out great. But you need advice on how to cut and maintain your toe nails, because you have to train them to grow straight again.
