Bought for my son. This top has really good padding without being too heavy. Having read all of the “tall skinny boys” of various ages reviews I wasn’t sure what size to get but opted for the small. My sons age is irrelevant but he is 152cm tall,has a 32in chest and is 26cm across the shoulders. The chest and shoulder size is crucial. If the chest is any smaller than 32in then get the mini one to ensure a good fit - better to be tight in the chest and shoulders than really lose. The small fits my son tightly enough but there is some growing room there as per the size guide (small is 32-34). Hopefully that helps others who are not sure about the size. What I can say is that this top appears to be very good quality and the padding is more than adequate. Padding won’t help you boys or girls play better or avoid them getting hurt sometimes but what it does do is give them more confidence to execute a tackle properly and therefore have less chance of being hurt as a result.

Really nice set of pads with lots of protection. Perfect fit for my son who is 13 and about 5 foot 6.

I really like this product it arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged The shirt has a good snug fit and doesn't ride up while wearing it. It has 8 removable protection pads which is good if you don't want to wash them, I have removed 2 of thru outer shoulder pads as my shoulders aren't that wide and for me this gives extra comfort while wearing it without feeling overly bulky. The product feels well made and doesn't restrict movement as well as being really light weight and I soon forget I'm wearing it. The colour matches the picture and the product also came with a small breathable bag.

These are perfect for my boys in rugby to protect there shoulders. The size is spot on and a perfect comfortable fit.

Bought for my 8 year old son who has started tackling in rugby. He is tall and very skinny- 64cm chest. After some deliberation, I finally bought the mini size. It’s just slightly too big around the torso but this is the smallest size they do. Glad I didn’t order the ‘small’ or ‘medium’ sizes. He loves it and can’t wait to wear it at his next game. I’m sure in a couple of months he’ll fill out and it will fit better. The top is long enough too. I’m glad I bought it.

Purchased for my son who has just started contact rugby. It has given him a lot more confidence to get stuck in. Washes and dried naturally really well. Great fit. Highly recommend

Nice product but a bit big for my10yr old. He will wear a few layers underneath to bulk out.

Einfach klasse! Super verabeitet, waschbar, stabil, unkomplizierte Lieferung. Am besten finde ich, dass man alle Polster herausnehmen kann. Mich störten die äußeren Schulterpolster in der Bewegung, also hab ich sie raus genommen. Passform auch bei mir (w) super (nur natürlich an den Schuleter etwas weit)

La maglia è di buona qualità. Le protezioni sono sufficienti sulle spalle ma quelle da mezzo cm. Non sono da considerare. Tuttavia, con un minimo di manualità si possono maggiorare visto che si possono levare. Le stampe di grande effetto grafico sono ovviamente termoincollate e dopo pochi lavaggi tenderanno a rovinarsi. Nell'insieme però è un buon prodotto, ben curato e di qualità.

La maglietta protettiva è come in foto e come descrizione. Protegge bene le clavicole, il punto che serviva più a me. Il tessuto è bello resistente e adesso che fa freddo trattiene molto bene il calore.
