Noise
I don’t often leave reviews but figured I’d leave one for my fellow hunters. With the price it’s honestly hard to complain I’m on my first season with it and it does what it says it’s nice and fits two people fairly comfortably. my biggest complaint is when you open the rear access to enter or exit it makes a ton of noise. It doesn’t matter how slow you open and close it it makes a good bit of noise if you are hunting deer within bow range this is a problem. In the evenings when the woods are talking it isn’t that big of a issue but for hunting early mornings when the deer are moving and it’s dead quiet it could definitely get you busted without a doubt. I’ve been busted twice this season and one time the wind changed and put the deer downwind of me and another time im pretty sure it was because of the noise the blind made when entering. If you are rifle hunting a field or have a good distance between yourself and where you expect the deer to be it should be absolutely no issue. But for trying to sneak in early in the morning close to a bedding area or food plot I wouldn’t recommend this blind. The only other downside is the deer can 100% still catch movement when you are in the blind I hunt within a 70-80 yard range and a doe at 40 yards will still start bobbing her head at me if I move to quickly even if I’m fully camouflaged and inside the blind. I feel like this is to be expected regardless especially being the area I hunt is pressured but I figured I’d put that out there just in case anybody was wondering because this will not make you invisible by no means. With that being said I’ve still been able to watch a good handful of deer this season from the blind and will still continue to use it as time goes on. Will not try using it again for bow hunting though.
