This is the best chocolate cake ever! No one knows it’s Gf! Great texture and taste. Easy to use just like any other cake mix. I only tell the people that need to eat GF that the chocolate is ok for them. Others eat it and rave about the taste. I just smile and say thanks!

Easy and tasty cake mix! It makes around 40 mini-cupcakes, or 23 standard. I add in 1/4 cup powdered sugar for a little sweetness and that does the trick. Mix your wet ingredients then pour into the dry, and mix until smooth. There you go! I always get a ton of compliments. Great value, smooth texture, and my gluten free and non-gluten friends love it.
