As described, arrived quickly
Arrived well packaged and in good time, complete with packaging and as described. Very happy with it, the only downside was the price as I feel £25 is a bit steep personally but I was desperate so willing to pay the price.

Wrong Colour Was Sent, Replacement Sent Free of Charge
Great customer service. I was originally sent the wrong colour, and was quite disappointed. But as soon as I reached out they sent me a replacement, no need for a return. Customer service was of the utmost quality, and was a smooth experience. The fidget itself is very soothing, and I like that it's a silent alternative to my fidget cube. The texture took a little getting used to, but I just doused it in baby powder and that fixed the texture issue I was having - I do have sensory issues though, so I don't suspect this will be the case for everyone. Very durable, hasn't shown any signs of breaking as of yet!

Pensei que fosse mais grosso, mas ele é ótimo como é, sou autista e ele tem me ajudado muito a regular, o uso desse tangle diminuiu consideravelmente stimmings prejudiciais que eu tenho, como cuturar meu rosto com as unhas, me beliscar, cutucar cutículas. Tem me ajudado a acalmar até mesmo pra dormir. Recomendo imenso.

FANTASTIC
Absolutely fantastic fidget/stim toy!! I have autism and when I'm not paying attention I'll start picking at my fingers or chewing my nails just to do something with my hands. Ever since receiving my Tangle, I've only noticed myself chewing at my nails one time in the past few days. I also love how silent it is since it feels like most stim toys draw attention with how loud they are.
