My one kitty is “big boned” and it’s a struggle to find food to keep her weight on track and that she likes to eat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The girls love it!

Found healthier option for weight management

### ⭐⭐ Disappointed, unfortunately
*by M***X on May 26, 2026*

Product arrived timely. My personal opinion as someone whom has strength issues in my hands I thought these can were harder to open than the aluminum cans or pouches. Upon opening the food has a smooth looking texture. I noticed as I took a scoop out of the can that it was hollow in the center. Large air pockets were in the center of each can I’ve opened thus far, and I’ve included photos of two different cans after I scooped a spoonful out. My indoor cat absolutely refuses to eat this food. She will leave the food in the dish with zero other options and after 24hrs the food looks dried out and unappetizing. The stray cat I’ve adopted will eat the food but she definitely doesn’t need any weight control and I’m pretty sure she would eat just about anything. Although I will admit the indoor cat that will not touch this food is a bit of a princess. So between the fact that my cat won’t eat the food, it has air pockets with missing product, and the can is difficult to open I will not be purchasing it again. The two stars is because the dumpster diving stray cat ate the food with zero complaints. I have purchased Wellness Core in the past for kittens and it has been a good product. Although the product seems to run expensive, I was happy with the quality. This formula around just was not as good.
