I traced my old wave guard which had broken tabs and it fit perfectly and the microwave is working fine. I was afraid to buy other brands because I was afraid they would not fit. Tracing the old one and cutting it out worked great! Also it was less brittle than the original one so was able to get it installed easily.

Seems to work. Easy to install. Much cheaper than a new microwave!!

I was worried that it wouldn't be a large enough sheet to make a replacement of the one in my Samsung microwave, but there was plenty of material.I tested a scrap piece after making my cutout to see how brittle it is before install and it will snap in half easily, so you have to be careful when installing as the material is much thicker than the original. The sheet fit perfectly once cut to size and works well. Definitely worth the price!

After the cover plate on our Whirlpool microwave oven had a hole burned through it, Whirlpool.com told me that the oven is not repairable and therefore, no repair parts for it are available. I spent about 20 minutes looking through similar parts on Amazon until I discovered this package of two plates that looked and measured identical to our burned through plate. Two days after I ordered them, they arrived. The plates are exact twins of our burned through plate and no trimming was necessary. Although the written instructions included a link to a video, I thought the written instructions were sufficient and that I didn't need to watch the video. Installation was a snap and the new cover has tested fine. A plus is that I have a second new plate if I ever need to replace the first one. Many thanks to Amazon and to the Meter Star store.

Could not find the replacement part for my microwave anywhere. Even the manufacturer was unable to help me (sigh). This product saved the day. Had to cut it to the right size and shape for my application (be careful - it has a grain pattern) but it fit and works as well as the original. Got two pieces of material for a fraction of the cost of the original part (if I could get it). A great bargain and I have a spare.

Cut to size and works like a charm!

Used this to replace a 1997 Sharp Convection Microwave Waveguide. If you could find the OEM, its over $25. This one is thicker, easy to cut/work with. I traced the old one onto the new one, used scissors and a razor knife to cut to size and installed. Easy.Very satisfied.

The original wave guide cover found inside cooking area on the right was burning and had overall failed due to splashing food etc. Did not feel like finding the exact part so Amazon to the rescue. This is a universal cut to fit part. With scissors and simple drill for screw hole I was back in business in ten minutes. Just be sure to properly measure your original including tabs. Be safe and unplug. You should not be exposed to dangerous voltages in this area. Bonus you get two of these in the kit.
