Disney/Pixar Inside Out 2: Go to Sleep, Anxiety!

Utterly loved the film, and so was excited to see related books. The story is very accessible, and has some important life skills weaved in to the plot. A good read for youngsters.

I bought this book for my 7 year old daughter who is a big fan of inside out 2 and the illustrations are funny cute and nice and she was so satisfied

🌈anxiety is my favorite so i thought buying this book (instead of just watching inside out 2 again for the 9th time) would be great…and it is !! this is a really nice little story i can relate to and the illustrations are wonderful :] and i love anxiety’s little nightgown ! i’d definitely reccomend this book !! 🧡

This book is an amazing read! It's a really wonderful story about the emotions (including the new ones) helping Anxiety have a good night sleep.Really looking forward to seeing Anxiety and all the rest of the emotions and other characters in Inside Out 2!

Perfect little book to explain to kiddos how to embrace their feelings and not simply try to shut anxiety out. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have used it in sessions with kid clients as well as adults!
