brought this 2 months ago after our last fridge broke. i really like this fridge/freezer. myself and kids love the water dispenser it holds 2.5L of water which is very cold when. it is a good size for a normal sized family. you plug it in and it just works. you have to wait a while, while it gets down the temp you want it. theres a small buzz from it noise wise but well within normal sound. i really like it. great value for money

The product is absolutely fine and works great.However Amazon did not send the correct information through to the delivery drivers as we selected the option to unpack and take the old fridge freezer away! The delivery drivers informed us that Amazon put the options on but then don't send the job through to them (they do this regularly apparently). So just a warning to all the people who click this option Don't expect them to take the old one away.

Arrived promptly, great delivery service. When safety foils taken off tiny dent noticed at the top of fridge doors. Also freezer doors have some sort of tape, insulation visible which doesn't look great. Fridge freezer generally looks ok except above details which once noticed are now a annoying.

Great value for money. A big, quality item with plenty of fridge and freezer space. My kids love it and and expressed that they have never felt so happy or satisfied with a domestic appliance and asked if this is what it’s like to be an adult 😂

Fridge arrived with two dint's, I was very upset. I called to let them know, was told a new door would arrive. Was taking a while for it to arrive, I called Amazon. They came to my rescue, door has just arrived today, it's been a long haul for me. The Fridge it's self is great. Work's lovely, just a shame mine came damaged, can not thank Amazon enough for their great customer service..
