Does this drink contain caffeine? What does "matcha flavor" mean?  Just an artificial flavor or it actually contains matcha, and thus caffeine?

It has a clean odor and taste, and the simple and original taste, and aroma of the ingredients which makes it so tasty that you won’t get tired of drinking it everyday.
Take 1 to 2 packets a day as a guide in your normal diet.

This product is a food product, so you can consume it at any time. Put 1 packet (3g) in about 100cc of milk, soy milk or water, and stir quickly and well with a spoon or muddler.

Also, if you shake it with a shaker, it will be even more delicious. If you do not have a shaker, please use a wide-mouthed PET bottle. Please be careful when using it with the cap closed. Please refrain from using it in boiling water.

If you want to take a lot of green and yellow vegetables, dietary fiber, etc., please take 2 to 3 packets (6g to 9g) a day.

I got one from a Japanese market that has brand name “Yamakan”. Is Yamakan and Yamamoto the same product? The box looks similar.

Yamakan and Yamamoto young barley leaf, both lead you to a product looks similar but by the same maker brand.  In an effort to answer your question, I bought a Yamakan package and it does costs more and weight differently but the brand in Japanese is the SAME.

How many sticks should I use every day?

The package recommends 1-2 sticks a day.  If you want to increase dietary fiber intake, you can have 2-3 sticks a day.
