No pain no gain!
They really hurt. I started with bare feet for 20 mins and they really hit the spots but painful and cant walk normally. They are not meant for comfort but healing. Second day & I'm wearing socks as it hurts more than the first day. I plan to go back to bare feet when I can. Think it helped with digestion! I will persist. The studs are clever as they twist as pressure is applied. Also they are not smooth so they really so hit the acupressure points.

ODOUR OVERPOWERING. LOOKS/FUNTIONS LIKE THE PRICE ONE PAYS FOR
The packaging at first sight was a warning- cheap. Upon opening, I was met with an overpowering smell of plastic then discovered two massage pieces were stuck in and had no spring to them. Tried them on and the squeaky noise was more than I could take. This was ordered as a second pair to my Byrivers but they are disappointing. I would not recommend if you are looking a good old kneading! Head for the Byrivers and save yourself the hassle.

Don’t bother.....
Awful product. They’re very cheaply made and certainly not Silicone. They’re hard plastic studs like the bottom of a football boot! Really hurt your feet. Impossible to stand up on them let alone walk around without wearing extra thick socks and then they don’t fit!! I’m returning mine. Waste of money. And 2 of the studs were missing from the left slipper too!!!!

So happy with this product, I have been having trouble walking not anymore,
As state ted above when i wake up getting out of bed the top of my foot ceases up . i am happy to say that i no longer suffer with my painful tendons after my fall last year WHOLEHEARTLY RECOMMEND THIS SLIPPERS,
