I've been wearing these jeans (both this version and the other ZLZ slim fit) for a few years now and can pretty accurately say that these are a very great choice at the price point. Less than half the cost of Levis, lots of color options, slim and flattering fit but with the right amount of stretch in the right places. And even cycling through them, they last pretty long. There are a few minor issues I've come across as an owner of more than half a dozen pairs in various colors. Firstly, the color can be a little misleading on the online pictures. The green is not as dark in person for instance and the clay looks a little different in person as well. Also, in regards to color, the louder ones (green, rust/orange) will fade over time. You can see in my picture a new pair of green jeans vs ones after over a year of wear and washing. Lastly, when these jeans reach their "end of life", the crotch area will start to rip and you'll slow get holes below the fly where all the seams come together. I've experienced this on a few pairs (the ones I really wear the most) and then just get a new pair. I've had no issues with zipper or button breaks at all however! That said, very happy with jeans and at the price (~$30), you can't really beat them unless you'd rather have name brand stuff.

These jeans are top of the line ! Years ago, another Jean company had a line of jeans for guys like me with no ass, the 509 line. Now, your ZLZ line of jeans fit great and I don’t have to break the bank.

Only thing keeping these from a 5 star review is the fact they didn't fade the dye in the corners and insides of the pockets to match the color of the jeans. I bought two pairs of the light blue and they both still have the dark blue dye in the corner and inside of the pockets. Being a person who did QC work for many years, to me it looks like the dark areas is probably where they attached/clamped the jeans to something for whatever process they used to "fade" the color (hand sanding/brushing or immersing them in a solution). After the fading process, they didn't go back to match those areas to the rest of the jeans. I'm sure this will fade after a few washings and look fine which is why I'm not returning them. I bought a 3rd pair of the darker variety and while the pockets were fine on these, they have an odd looking, very faint greenish hue to the faded/faux-worn areas on the thighs. Again, I'm sure this will fade out after a few washings. All in all though, I'm satisfied with the price to quality ratio here. I'm a hard rock musician and need stage clothes that won't get baggy and loose during a performance. Buying these jeans a size smaller than I usually wear has been the way to go but I still need to wear a belt (very stretchy). So make sure, if you want a snug fit (skinny jeans look) buy a size smaller than usual. The 33 inseam is perfect for me (6' tall). Bottom line, they are insanely comfortable jeans with competitive, quality construction compared to more expensive name brands. They just need to keep a better eye on the quality during finishing process.

These slim cut black jeans have become a staple part of my teen son's wardrobe since we first discovered them in 2023. I am so glad we did! Who can decipher the mysterious requirements young people have for their clothing, the fit and feel of jeans especially? What looks perfectly fine to us is often a non-starter for them; it remains one of life's eternal questions. Thankfully, we found these jeans. They fit his lanky build perfectly, and have proven quite durable! For the last 2 years he's worn them almost nonstop and they've held up beautifully. Even faded they look awesome. They've survived 20+ concerts, days of punishment at amusement parks, several messy art classes, innumerable spills, and 5000 dog walks. His sister has stolen them for the occasional skinny jeans moment. He even wore a fresh black pair with shirt & tie to two Homecoming dances. These jeans have become an essential part of his metalhead uniform and I am thrilled because they are a fantastic value. I wash them in cold water and let them hang dry which has helped them last without shrinking, fading, bleeding, or wrinkling. They stay very black for a long time. The waistband & seams are soft, the length is perfect, the zippers never fail. There's no obvious label or branding on them, which he likes. I sized up this year as my son is between what's listed in the chart and the larger pairs fit great. My 1st review photo shows the jeans brand new, and the 2nd shows them after 2 years of nearly constant wear. (He has 4 pairs in rotation.) Can't recommend these jeans enough, I hope they never stop making them.

Amazing jean! I'm selling all my Levi's jeans online now because I've found this ZLZ brand and it's so much better/comfier than the good old Levi's jeans I own. The material is superbly stretchy, like, you can do deep squats with it! I ordered a size 30W (the length for is 32L) One thing I want to point out in terms of sizing is to order 1 inch less than what you originally wear! For instance, I wear size 31W Levi's jeans 511 Slim Fit and they fit as expected, however, reading the material that this ZLZ jean brand is made of (98% cotton, 2% spandex), I can already tell that I will need to size one inch down and order a size 30W for this ZLZ jean since spandex is super stretchy. Sure enough, I was correct! If you want a more snug fit, order 2 inches down, but bare in my mind that 2 inches less that what you originally wear may be quite tight for the first few hours of wearing, but as the hours goes on, your waist will later "accommodate" your true waist size and becomes comfy and stylish all around. As for the length, I feel like it's true 32L as described on their image sizing. I'm 5'8 and it's somewhat long, so some cuffing maybe needed. Looks good on chelsea boots and other types of boots though! Overall, highly recommend this jean and I'll be ordering more!

TLDR; the color is WAY off, and even though i didn’t mean to buy jeggings and overlooked the materials in the description, the price seems disproportionate for jeggings. photos added for color reference i bought these as an alternative for another pair that i had bought with a similar advertised color, size proportions, and price/review ratio because they had suddenly become not $30~ and instead $40~ haha. unfortunately they are not what i was going for. my biggest issue is that they are straight up jeggings—that’s my fault though. i didn’t read the description thoroughly enough to see that these are only like 70% cotton. since my oversight was the main issue, that’s not why i’ve rated them only 3 stars. i decided on 3 stars for two reasons. one of them is because the color is wildly inaccurate. maybe it’s just my batch? i didn’t see very many reviews with photos, and the ones i saw were mostly the blue jeans. i also didn’t see complaints of the grey color being green, but admittedly i didn’t look very hard for color-specific reviews. the photos i added do serve a purpose, to help visualize a color. i’m an artist, so it’s possible this is not a problem others will find with these jeans—but greys often have a spectrum of undertones. there are cool greys, warm greys, and what i see as the middle which is green greys. cool greys take a more bluish tone, think like storm clouds (the sky is blue, so the light bounces of the clouds and thus creates the bluish tone). warm greys tend to be closer to a greenish hue, think grey mixed with a little yellow, or silver metal that reflects almost a goldish color when light hits it (even when not reflecting a yellow item). these pants are straight up green grey. i mean take a true dark green and desaturate it almost all the way. ALMOST. and there’s your color. the shirt i used for comparison is a sage green, which is like a forest green but pastel and a little desaturated. i added a photo of the shirt so you can see the true color of it and use your imagination to see how it compares to the jeans. the second reason is the price. obviously, as previously established, i thought i was buying cotton jeans. i’m talking maybe 90%-100% cotton jeans. i was thinking, “yeah, for a random amazon brand of jeans with pretty good reviews and presumably 4 star quality, non-designer, non-levi-brand-type jeans…this is a normal affordable price!” but i did my time in jegging hell, and there is no way on earth i am about to spend $35 on jeggings. if i wanted mediocre $35 jeggings, i would have gone to my local old navy on a non-sale day and grabbed some instant gratification goodness. alas, these will be a return for me. BUT!! if you are a purchaser/enjoyer of jeggings and you want some seemingly good quality jeggings that will hold up for at least a year and you don’t mind the color difference, these seem to be a good investment! i never loved jeggings too much, but i had my fair share of jeggings in the early 2010s and these appear to be a fine quality jegging investment, compared to the ones i had Back In The Day (about a decade ago). so essentially the big issues are: - they’re jeggings, so the price seems a little disproportionate even if they seem to be a bit better quality than say, a $15 walmart pair. - the color is horrendously inaccurate and could be quite frustrating the fit is pretty normal though, and the size seems accurate to size guide. hope this helped!

I was so so worried that these jeans we're not going to fit right at all I've never ordered anything online and I'm at 6' 3" 185 lb dudes, so sometimes it's easy to find that, sometimes it's not! I wear a 33-32 technically but 34 is always what I find. I can't remember my exact size for the length of these however, the waste the slim fit and even the length regardless of if it was the correct measurement because they only allow for a certain in markdown they fit absolutely wonderfully they're comfortable I can work out and I'm even I know that sounds crazy and weird but these things like you could go jogging 4 miles they have a bit of a spandex affected them making it very very easy to wear them without a belt if you pick the right waist size for sagging or whatever and they also are very very sharp when pulled up to the actual waist and and belted so this company and their ability to create these wonderful jeans that are quality material awesome colors and still give me the price they did is.don't be freaked out when you get them in the tags do not show you anyting and are written in another language because if I didn't have that problem I would be able to tell you exactly the size but honestly there's nothing that bothers me about it at all they also say that these might die other clothes the first wash or something like that if you use warm water my lady accidentally threw him in with all the other clothes and they were fine I don't recommend doing that but the guy seems to be pretty well set in there. I've had three friends by the same type of Jean style from this company same results don't be don't be afraid just hit by now you can always return them but they're never going to disappoint I love Levi's they're my favorite but these just replace them for about a quarter of the cost #newfavoriteSWAGGERcinch

Diese Hose färbt unglaublich ab , Beim erstenmal die ganze Wäsche in den Mülleimer ,hat auch Entfärber nicht mehr geholfen .jetzt schon drei mal gewaschen und die Farbe ist an den Nähten der Hose fast raus Wasser ist immer noch braun. Ansonsten passt sie nicht ganz so gut wie die braune, die auch abfärbt , obwohl gleich Größe Verarbeitung ist gut

There are a very good quality heavy cotton denim. With exception that the stated coffee brown colour doesn't jua stify itself with their colour. Their's stated coffee brown are more leaning towards khaki green brown . But definitely not a coffee brown as we know it in our world . Unless the East Asian coffee have a different shade than the outside their regions colour. Apart from that , they have been well made and have very a good quality . X

Nice jeans, good fit, but colour not as shown, seems more of an orange colour
