We had previously purchased the two wire coil Zulay frother that we really liked and were absolutely happy with it. However, since it grew feet and walked away and I came to the conclusion that it was not going to return; I purchased this one which is a three coil frother. We love the feel of this frother in the hand. It is easy to operate with the button on top. It’s comfortable to use. It’s not awkward. The two wire frothier was fabulous; we love that one too. This three wire frother is a beast. I put collagen powder in my coffee and it mixes it in beautifully. The froth ,depending on your technique- you can get way more froth out of black coffee than I ever thought possible. This thing is kicking butt and taking names. The only issue is because of how powerful it is you can easily accidentally froth some of it out of the sides of the cup. The two coil frother did not do that. However, that is an easy adjustment either use a bigger cup, put in less liquid, or adjust your technique so you don’t end up with a mini tornado in the center of your cup throwing liquid out the sides. We love this thing. Highly recommend it.

I love this handy power mixer. Great to make my protein shake every morning in no time. One star less is because the batteries (2xAA) were very difficult to install because the slots are too tight. I bought another maker’s single wheel frother many years ago, which still works for gentle mixing without need for battery replacement. I hope this one also last for a long years to come. I recommend this vs rechargeable version.

So glad I bought. Use it for dirty sodas and milk in coffee. Comes with a stand. Bought as a secondary/backup but quickly became my go to tool. Makes short work of mixing syrups and frothing milk. And it even includes Duracell batteries. I didn't read that part when I purchased so was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. IMO that inclusion firmly cemented the 5S rating. No skimping on the batteries.

What a fantastic item! Came with Duracell batteries. You need two. They packaged four. Not some off brand cheap battery but top of the line. Well packaged and works great. Impressive! If yiu need something like this, this is the one to get. Top notch quality!

Last Update: After working with this company and experiencing their excellent customer service and warranty service, I have raised my rating to 5 stars. A replacement frother came this week with a kind note and a bonus mini frother. The replacement works wonderfully and I think my original just had a defect. It happens. Buy with confidence - this seller has a great product that they stand behind. Update: Have this about 5 weeks and it now doesn't want to spin at all. If I fiddle with it long enough, I can get it to spin for a few seconds. Really disappointed as I thought I had found a product that would become a favorite. Original: When I opened and first used this I was ecstatic. It has a lot of power and I loved it's ability to fully mix my coffee and creamer and froth it. In fact, it has so much power I had to fill my cup a bit less to not send liquid flying! That said, in just 2 weeks of use it is making a whirring sound when using it and the spin is erratic. Maybe this one is just a fluke and not representing the typical build and function. I am really disappointed as I was actually going to purchase a back up based on the initial presentation. Couldn't go less than 3 stars as if it would continue to work like it did at first use it would be perfect.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Don’t be fooled by the nice backstory and claims of a “Lifetime Guarantee”. I have had two Zulay battery blenders now. Both failed with normal use in under a year. The first time I let it go and, since it is a low price item, ordered an upgraded version (with additional wire whisking). When the second blender failed after several months I reached out to the company requesting a replacement under their “Lifetime Guarantee”. That was the beginning of May. Here is what their “customer service” manipulation (via email) looks like: *Upload a picture/description justifying replacement. *Eventually get a response from “Joseph your kitchen happiness rockstar” @ Zulay kitchen with assurance of company’s lifetime commitment and intention of replacement. Also, request for customer to try new batteries in the meantime. As if that wouldn’t be a consumer’s first thought?! *More frustration and wasted time responding that new batteries were tried. *Joseph the Rockstar following back with a 6 paragraph sales pitch to purchase the new Lux Rechargeable Milk Frother at a discounted price. *More frustration and wasted time responding NO. Requesting a same replacement. Period. *Joseph the Rockstar with assurance that all is well but the company is out of stock in the color I originally had but is looking forward to receiving my choice of available color options. *Sent Joseph my color selection. *Joseph the Zulay Rockstar writes back “Good news…” he was going to send a separate (no charge) invoice to my email requesting the shipping address for the replacement (pretty sure that info was in the original correspondence). But wait, there’s more! As a thank you the Zulay company was tossing in an extra bonus frother… That was over a month ago. No replacement let alone bonus. The cost of my time spent far exceeds the replacement value. That said, a company should not be allowed to operate like this. “Playing” consumers and requiring them to jump through one manipulative hoop after another to access product guarantees without resolve is entirely unacceptable. Integrity matters. I will update if there is anything to add moving forward.
