The camera doesn't stay connected to the phone APP. How can I fix this problem?

I recommend that you turn off cellular data on your phone and then connect to the camera via WiFi. This will ensure that the WiFi connection is not affected by the phone's network and will improve the stability of the WiFi connection.

The SJ4000 action camera is inserted a micro SD card(TF card), but it still prompting "Please insert SD card".

For the first time use, you need to format the micro SD card by using the format function in the camera. First, please check if your micro SD card has been formatted. If the problem remains, you can check if the Micro SD card is correctly inserted.
