This seems to work. I am hoping the purity it's hard to know nowadays, regardless I feel that it energizes my muscles and my exercise performance has improved.

Update 12/28/24: After returning the 1000mg product due to my insomnia, I contacted Neurogan about my experience and they suggested the 700mg dose which they sent to me. After taking the new dosage I can report NO insomnia, but increased energy and alertness without hyperactivity or nervousness. I also sleep better than without taking it, and find it easy to relax. So I hope over time to see continued benefit. Thanks to Neurogan Customer Support for their assistance.Original Review: What a surprise, I can't sleep...Have taken 1 capsule a day in the AM for 3 days and for 3 days I have not slept for more than 20 to 30 minute bursts. It makes for a long night. I am tired mentally from not sleeping, however I have increased physical energy, and have immediately felt an improvement in my ability to exercise, particularly in my knees.

I love urolithin A. I’m not sure how this product competes compared to the most popular brand out there(if you know you know). But I believe this company put some work into their product so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s high quality enough to be effective.

i been using their other old bottle that was black pill more liquid similar formula to mitopure when it was out of stock i was so disappointed. so i bought a bottle of this thinking it would be the same i would take 1 pill a day instead of two. per price it wa cheaper than their older formula Now i have two white capsule not the soft liquid capsule and reviewing the effectiveness of this brand. i been using two of their old bottles and 1 of their new bottle under the name pro +. It is supposed to increase muscle strength and increase energy. I don't feel any increase in energy i been extremely tired this last few months. and i think this is the cause. i rather eat raw nuts for the amount i'm saving that would give me the same entertainment of urolithin A. I been having headaches particularly at night shortly after taking this medication during evenings. i stopped for a few days and i didn't have headache. ask doctor advice don't take it without medical consult. so i don't recommend this product.

This supplement really helps with energy at work. Without it I’ve noticed that even climbing stairs is more tiring. This is a good brand that I now trust.

I was a little skeptical about whether this would actually make any difference. I did a lot of research before buying it. But the supplement (not just this brand) had positive reviews and, more importantly, no negative reviews. It appeared to be a legit supplement that may not help but would not hurt. The research did say that not all people need this product so it may not help everyone. It took a bit over 3 months of use before I started to be aware of an improvement in my memory. I am old and it has taken longer and longer (over the past years) to remember a name or an event, etc. Also just remembering to do something around the house was a challenge. Now I can recall past events (or names) MUCH more quickly (a minute or two versus an hour or more) and I am noticeably better at remembering to do things around the house. I was not expecting this to work, so I am very pleased with the results.I also started taking Taurine at the same time as this Urolithin A so it is possible that the Taurine (either alone or in combination with this item) has been responsible for the improvements.
