Yes it does. It's near the corner on the long side. It's a "screw off" type of drain cap. I really enjoy mine. It's a great size. I'm glad I didn't go smaller.

I don’t know but it’s worth the price. It’s good for nights around the campfire with guests, weekends while barbecuing, or to prove to your significant other that red IS the color of choice for backyard patio events.
