The sheer comfort!
They lift you up as state and increase your height but more importantly they a like walking on clouds. Extremely comfortable. So much so I ordered two more pair.

Narrow base causes heel twisting and you could hurt your ankles!
Everything about thsi 3/4" heel lift is fine except it is too narrow for a mans shoe. the taper causes the tall lift to wobble as you walk literally causing issues with keeping your food level on the ground. If it were wider and would fill the insole of the shoe, it's the perfect lift. It may work very well with womens smaller shoes but for men or large feet, this insole will not support your heel.

Narrow, short ,uncomfortable and slightly aching to walk in. It does give a boost in height, but it would probably be more comfortable and better if it was wider and longer with a gradual slope running the entire length of the shoe/foot for support. The picture is deceptive:The insoles are actually narrower and shorter then they appear in the picture. It would be better to use your money on something more comfortable as two pairs of "Dr Scholl's gel insoles " available at Target. You can combine them and cut them to your liking as well.

Basically this product is ideal for kids if you are size 9(43) forget buying this product, if it was long enough to fit inside shoe great but doesnt even go half way
