The power button would not work. I contacted them via Facebook messenger sent a video of what it was doing and they sent me an updated one with a better switch. They really care about their product and customers. Great job .

I received this item on January 3rd. Today is March 20th, so I’ve had it about two and a half months. I tried to turn it on and it will not stay on. The only way to keep it on is to keep holding down the power button but once you remove your finger it will turn back off again. I tried to use tape to keep it down but because of the heat it kept unsticking. I’m truly disappointed as I had an order that needed to be completed and I could not get it done. I really did love this product but now I’m such a short time it has become useless.

First thing I love the minute I took it out of the box is the color and the size , it fits in my small area for storage and very easy to travel with if needed thats why i brought it, so much better then my big tumbler press . Works great and definitely worth the price

I really wanted to love this because of how much more compact it is, but I pressed ONE tumbler & turned it off & now it won’t turn back on unless I hold down the power button. I will be returning the press. *UPDATE. Plugged in my replacement press tonight and made one more tumbler. It will not turn back on either. I tried immediately and also after it cooled completely down. I will have to return this press as well. I’m very disappointed. It worked beautifully when it worked.

Update: Customer Service was amazing to work with and took my complaint seriously and didn’t blow it off. They contacted the company who is responsible for the knob issue to ensure quality is 5 star for all of the machines. I would definitely recommend this company! 5 star for company satisfaction but only 4 star because I just can’t use for coffee mugs which is what I mainly wanted it for. The machine was extremely difficult to use for me because of wrist problems because you have to screw and unscrew the knobs to tighten and loosen which was extremely difficult. The noise is absolutely terrible causing my dog to panic but I’m not sure it’s any different from other machines. I love how my tumbler turned out but because of my difficulty with the machine I can’t make coffee mugs, but I'm sure others without wrist problems will be successful. May have to return because wrist hurts after making just one mug and not sure if I got bad press or they are all like this. Disappointed because I really want to love this and just wish I knew if it’s the knobs itself in this or they are all like it. I will have to order a mug press for my coffee cups but if you enjoy making tumblers and want something that is compact, I highly recommend this machine and company.

I have been wanting a tumbler heat press for a long time!! Wow I was really impressed with this awesome heat press! Love the pink color, the box was well packed. It came with heat tape and heat gloves too!!! I absolutely love my new tumbler press! Thank you for allowing small businesses to purchase affordable necessities to make life easier. The pad works well instruction booklet is beautifully created and had much needed excellent information to help me be at ease! I will try and post my 2 tumbler I sublimated only bc I placed my image upside down on my first try no fault of the press. Great heat and coverage. You may need to turn to th make sure to get all around heat coverage. 5 stars for sure!!! Bonus gloves instruction booklet and heat tape make this a MUST for those needed a 20oz tumbler size heat press!

Ordered thus tumbler press thinking it would be easier to use. The first press I received was defective. It did work but the heating attachment was tge problem. When the press was closed, the ends didn't meet( see 1st picture). From experience, i knew thus wasnt hoing to work. I ordered a replacement that was better ( see pic #2) but after getting the press set for the tumblers, it became too difficult with the opening and closing of the press. I suffer from carpal tunnel and after wrapping up mugs and tumblers, my hands are already hurting then to have to squeeze the handles of this press to open and close is too much. Unfortunately I had to return. I can't speak to the presses ability and quality since I didn't get to use it on an actual cup but it is lighter in weight compared to my other press and space saving.

It opens wide!! Once you figure the pressure thing it works good. I found that if the vises are too tight you cant close the press or you can’t open it. Easy to use once you can gage how much pressure to out for each type of tumbler and its also quicker to use then an automatic one that you hve to wait it out. Overall very good heat press
