I like this, but I wish the strap had partial elastication in it as I'm not a fan of it being entirely velcro.Feels nice to wear when it's been in the fridge.

Nice and relaxing, although found it being in the fridge wasn’t cold enough for me have yet to try it in the freezer

Good product just doesn’t stay cold for long!

So the idea of this mask is good, however the Velcro catches on the pillows which is not ideal. It doesn’t really cool your face down and you can’t see anything once you put it on. Be great if it was just a sleep mask(no eye holes) or if they were bigger.

Does exactly as described. Have been using first thing in the morning before my shower. Eyes appear to be less puffy and feel refreshed. I have kept it in the fridge to keep it cool for in the morning or kept it in the freezer for 10 mins for a quick chill. Both ways work perfectly. Personally I prefer it from the freezer and the cooking effect is more intense.

Front is fine but the velcro strap sticks to my hair and gets stuck/rips it out

Arrived, put in fridge and used an hour later. Great instant relief not too cold and comfortable to wear. As the band is Velcro you can tighten as required so really happy with the product.Had an eye infection and the cooling was just what I needed to ease the itchiness and annoyance.

Does the job but i prefer the one which also covers your eyes. As it is more soothing.
