This is the best B vitamin supplement I've ever taken. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. They leave no aftertaste. Zero aftertaste or any other side effect. While I'm taking these with my Dr. Berg multi-vitamins, I like having extra Bs on hand for stressful times. Excellent product and a good value.
