The rotation movement is not smooth enough and the grip is very tough and you will need to wear a gloves if you are planning to use it for a long time, but for ten or twenty rotations you will be ok

This product has definitely made a difference in my forearm strength. What I like: usable straight out of the box Solid construction, I expect it will last a while Adjustable enough for me OR my ten year old son to use it for hockey training Comes with a travel case, not a pro or a con, just interesting. Improvements: Thereโs no way to measure which difficulty you have it set at, so if different people are using it, it can be tricky to get it dialed back in. Overall, Iโd recommend
