UPDATE: I now own four of these bags. Brown alligator, white with black and brown, Navy, and black. I removed the handles and replaced with 60cm (approx. 24") canvas backed leather handles in matching colors. Found the new straps on Amazon. New straps mean I can wear these purses as shoulder bags. Perfect. There are so many colors to choose from and the price is right. I have an almost 8" long wallet, check book, and small makeup bag also about 8" long. Gum, phone, pens, lip gloss, thumb drive in the bag and still have room to spare.My first satchel bag. The handles drop down out of the way which is a deal breaker for me. The back pocket does not hold my phone. But overall I am pleased with this bag for the price.
