This thing is great. I definitely have been neglecting my feet. After it's initial use and abuse trying to bring my feet back to a baseline level of care, it's absolutely adequate for weekly maintenance. I am impressed that it survived the initial callus shaving, that hasn't been done since May 19th ... It's July 11th. That is incredible because I killed a rechargable, handheld, small "name brand drill" with a mini sandpaper drum attached... And this Dr. Scholls is battery operated. It came with the batteries to use it, but I might invest in rechargeables. It's extremely good quality, it's versatile working on several different areas of my feet. It doesn't hurt and even though it warns you not to use it on the same area for more than a few seconds, I did because the skin was SO thick... and it was gentle. I would NOT suggest doing this if you're diabetic or have thin skin anywhere near a callus!!! It looks great is easy to hold and use in different positions. The device itself is super useful, and painless to hold. No intense vibration, and it didn't make my hands go numb! (my carpal tunnel does that when I hold things, or hold things that vibrate, or hold things that don't have texture) Overall for the price I'd say this is an excellent value. Just buying this saves you $45 on a pedicure, and I know from experience. I can't explain the comfort I have wearing my shoes when my feet are maintained. In the photos you can see where my calluses were on the outside edge of my big toe, running underneath the first bone. It's kinda shiny now and smooth, but they will return, otherwise I wouldn't need to buy my own remover, and I am ready now! I would give this 10/10 stars if I could.

This is all I use now. This is one of those tools that it’s all you really need. And it’s so easy! It does the work for you so you’re not wearing your arm out & having to get a bunch of weird angles. This tool is so easy, I use it for my calluses on the side of my foot & the bottom & top of my big toe & it works great to smooth down, & just apply some cream after. It’s not painful or uncomfortable. Super easy to clean, you just pop the file out & rinse it under water, & wipe the tool off with a paper towel & it’s good as new. You can also buy replacement heads if it ever gets dull but I haven’t had to do that yet. You could use this on your heels as well if needed so very versatile. Trust me, the skin rolls right off & looks like a snow storm. It’s great because you don’t have to have a bunch of different tools around. Less than $15 & will last you a super long time as long as you take care of it, takes batteries in the bottom. Would totally recommend this thing, I saw a bunch of people on YouTube videos talking about it & I’m glad I purchased.

Quieter than expected and easy to use. It does an excellent job smoothing dry, cracked heels and leaves my feet noticeably softer after just one use. It also makes it simple to maintain results at home, which helps avoid expensive pedicures.It’s especially helpful for anyone with limited mobility or reduced hand strength since it does most of the work for you. There’s no need to apply pressure, and in fact pressing too hard will slow or stop the roller.I like to use it at night and follow with a urea cream and socks for extra softness. Overall, it delivers great results with minimal effort.

This works great! I was skeptical but the price was right so I gave it a try. 5 minutes and my heels are so much better and really soft again. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

All the images seem to show people using this on their heels. For me, it's a callus on the bottom of my foot behind my pinkie toe that makes it painful to walk. A podiatrist charged me $300 to shave it off. That certainly helps for up to a month. So: $300 x 12 = hmm. Too much.This cost $12 and even if the reviews about the poor battery life are true, I can afford new batteries.This is easy to use and my foot already feels better. I'm walking with just socks. I just wish I'd known about this (as opposed to endless manual filing that never seems to work) years ago.Oh. And the podiatrist last May told me there was nothing I could do about the callus. Lousy podiatrist.

I developed some callouses on my feet that started to become a little painful when walking and had been using a manual file that worked well but took a lot of time/effort. I lost my file and went to buy another one but realized for a little more I could buy this and potentially make life a lot easier if it works, and it does! This does the same thing so much faster and easier, and it works so well I need to be careful to not go too far too fast to avoid bleeding (did that once). The only thing I’d change would be to make the rotating file horizontal instead of vertical that would work better for where my callouses are, but those models are over twice the price and didn’t want to pay that much so this is just fine considering the price. Recommended!

Worked great for 5 times.AAA Batteries wear out too soon (better to get a plug-in one with a long cord).Cap locking mechanism was soft plastic and I could no longer latch onto the device.Useless due to "Planned Obsolescence" 🤕😡

It works pretty well. But they should have given an additional replacement head with this at this price point. Other brands offer multiple attachments whereas this one only comes with a single one.
