**Q: What nutritional value is lost by pulling out the solid piece's in the thin mint and the coconut mix?**
A: I do not know this answer; only because I use only Cinnamon Toast which is the best flavor for me.  BCAA and Egg Whites. this is my included ingredients that I look for in any Protein Products.

**Q: how much is one scoop?  1/4 cup? (I didn't get a scoop in my bottle.)**
A: One scoop is 36.5g according to the label

We love this protein powder. It tastes great and doesn’t have a gross protein flavor or texture. It comes with a scoop and we usually use about one for our shakes and it is plenty. It also keeps me full for longer than other things I have tried! We will be buying more!

I had got this from GNC in 2019 and I loved it cause it really taste like Fruity Pebbles. well then the pandemic hit and I was running out of my container and I didn't know if GNC was open so I checked here for it and thankfully it was here. So happy :) I ordered it and it came on Thursday and I used some on Friday and it taste just as good as I remember it tasting. For my drinks I use it with Banana Almond milk and it is the best!!!! Get it folks. ETA: I Also had ordered some of the bottles of this flavor that were already made and i won't be getting those again. They are not bad and I will finish the last three since it came in a four pack. The thing is it taste like it would if you just put the protein powder with water and I don't do that with this stuff cause it taste better with Almond milk or non fat milk. Anyway for me I suggest sticking to the protein powder and using some sort of milk,(almond, cashew, oat and so on). Fruity Crisps protein powder for the win!
