I am writing this after three months of sheer frustration. I purchased this AC unit, and it has been a complete nightmare from day one. The Product: The cooling performance is extremely poor, and the unit seems defective. However, the bigger issue is not just the machine, but the company’s support system. The Service Experience: I have raised a service request 4–5 times already, and every single time, the experience has been abysmal. The technicians sent to my home are completely unprofessional and, frankly, uneducated about the product they are supposed to be fixing. Every visit results in a different excuse: one day they blame the voltage, the next day they claim the room size is "too big" for the unit, and the next they give another baseless reason to avoid doing their job. They have no intention of actually fixing the AC; they are just looking for ways to close the ticket and leave. Verdict: Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS AC. If you run into any issues, you will be left dealing with a pathetic service team that offers nothing but excuses. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually values its customers and trains its technicians.
