I am taking these, 250mg daily, because I have osteoporosis and like the idea it is helpful for enhancing collagen absorption for bone health. In my first bottle of 90, which I have taken about 1/2, I just found 4 capsules that looked different so I poured them all out to compare. These 4 were rock hard inside. I presume moisture was the culprit prior to packaging rather than after opening, otherwise many more would likely have been affected also. I will purchase again in hopes it truly is helping with my specific health issues but wanted others to look first at what you are about to swallow.
