I took it and I find it perfect. At 20 ounces capacity, it holds all the coffee I can drink in the morning. I would not recommend filling it to the 20 oz mark. Rather do as I do and feeling only to the 16 oz mark. It comes with a straw and a brush for the straw. Nice touch. Unfortunately by the time I realized it, I had already bent it. No matter and I really don't use the straw anyway. So if the brush is used, one is forced to push dirt and germs down into the middle of the straw rather than being able to completely clean it.
