Sign is well designed. I use it for Christmas display in December in Texas. Say water proof but I would not let it get rained on. The SMDs are open to the outside meaning there is not any plexiglass in front of them. Has two adjustable by sliding hanging holes. You can easy enough program Text to Scroll or swipe in and out ect. but the GUI leaves a LOT to be desired. The play on your screen view, even when you zoom it, is very, very small. Software needs a lot of improvement but the sign works well. I create on my PC and then sent the script of data to the sign via WiFi. that all works fine. Get one. Great for getting your message out there. Sign---ing OFF :-)

At first I was extremely disappointed. The box arrived in great shape no issues, I unboxed the sign and plugged it in........Nothing happened. tried multiple plug in's still nothing. a few days later as I was packing it back up to send back I decided to take it apart and take a look, two screws and I was inside the sign. What I found is the main P10 sign was unplugged. (assuming) it came unplugged during the long boat ride to the GREAT USA. I plugged it back in and bingo!! the sign came to life. Programing the sign is extremely easy using the app or computer over WIFI. can be changed to anything in just a few min. I am giving this sign 5 stars even tho I had to plug the board back in, I do not feel that it was the company's fault.

I needed some message signs that were rated to be outdoors. They would be attached under a regular commercial sign for special events. Based on this item description this one looked good. Unfortunately upon arrival one pixel was defective. It happens to be right in the middle of the sign so it is glaringly obvious. Then on top of that the owner's manual specifically says on the back that it is not waterproof and must be under some kind of cover if using outdoors. So it's really not for outdoor use. I think the listing is completely misleading in regard to that. I would love to see their design for a cover to put over the sign to protect it from rain. I'm glad I only bought one to start with. If you're intending to use this inside it might not be a bad product. The instructions were decent though to use your smartphone with the device requires downloading from an unverified source. You won't find it in the play store.

The product was great. The delivery system was not. The delivery came USPS and I had to drive 14 miles to pickup the package at the post office. Please use a real carrier that actually delivers to the customer.

The sign is very easy to program using the APP. The instructions are easy to follow. It is so convenient to make changes to its readout using my iPhone. My other LED sign has only the memory stick which must be loaded from my desktop compute. I have to climb a ladder to attach it to the sign to download its contents. What a pain!The colors are vibrant and the wording is very easy to read from near and far. With the program set on random, even the simplest of statements make a big impact. I am very happy with this product!

You never really know until you actually get your hands on a product but this LED was easy with the software provided to get it going. The LEDs are bright and one can add Pics and GIFs.I'm not sure if I will install outside in the elements but perhaps under a cover.I hope it lasts.

This unit does NOT come with instructions. You must download their app and fumble your way through it. There are MANY hidden functions that are relatively easy to use once you figure out where/how they work. The overall quality is that the unit is durable. Comes with two adjustable hooks to hang it up, very bright L.E.D.'S and a weather proof power switch. Once you get past the initial frustration due to lack of instructions, the unit gets easier to use as you go along and is actually a good value for its price.

This scrolling sign is bright and good advertisement for my shop. Works great , if you follow steps from instructions then initial setup is easy . WIFI connection really make it easy to change text few times every day without connecting to sign with cable . Brightness can be adjusted but i keep my in high brightness . Great sign for the price.
