With menopause came very rough and bumpy skin on my upper arms, chest, and neck. I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun, spent a ton of money, and nothing has worked. The Cerave SA Body Wash and the Cerave SA Lotion for Rough and Bumpy Skin was delivered yesterday and I already see results. I bought both to use on my legs. Lately they have felt rough and bumpy and looked like strawberry legs. I admit I haven’t done the best job exfoliating and often reuse my razor. My legs already have shown an improvement in 24 hours. I apply the body wash with an African exfoliating net and let it sit while I wash other parts of my body. The lotion feels good going on and makes my legs look healthy. They are already smooth and the strawberry dots are starting to fade. Highly recommend if you have keratosis pilaris!

I bought this to help with strawberry skin on legs and arms. It didn’t make it lessen or go away, but it did leave my skin feeling noticeably softer and smoother. I have continued to use it and the brand is great. I use little brush to apply it and will loo into other alternatives this brand sells.

I love this body wash, i had bought it for what seems to have been ingrown hairs and rough skin on the back of my legs and along with a ln african sponge, the job is done and i have more smooth skin and less hair bumps. No strong smell and it lathers great and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry or tight!

After about the third wash, the ko bumps on my quads are at least 75% GONE! I'm very fair skinned and it was glaringly obvious. Growing up, kids used to mistake them for chicken pox! My legs look basically NORMAL now and they feel incredibly soft! I keep having the urge to run my hand over them. It's really shocking. No lather, no smell. I use it , soak for 5 mins and wash it. Helped mainly with my back tiny acne. Don’t use loofah with this.
