Such a rich and thick honey with a light flower essence. I enjoy it as a sweetener and sometimes a spoonful as a treat. It will crystallize, but sitting the jar in a bowl of warm water (not submerged) and it will soften.

Taste is good and works well for my recipe which requires a less viscous honey for air fryer walnuts. Only downside was the price increase, otherwise it’s a good product.

The name says it, there is a hint of floral to the flavor. A smooth flavor without the burn I often find in honey. This is great honey, honest. The glass jar prevents the plastic taste that some honeys pick up from plastic containers. I am glad there is the plastic wrap around the cap, it prevented the little bit of leakage.
