CT2072 Exhaust Hanger Pliers – Long Rubber-Dipped Handles, Ideal for Removing Rubber Grommets from Exhaust Mounts – Fits a Wide Range of Vehicles

Having been at my sister's for a few days and needing to replace my car's rear exhaust (back box) in an emergency, I struggled for over half an hour to remove the two exhaust support rubbers. When the centre exhaust part broke days later I decided to buy some exhaust pliers so as not to have to struggle with screwdrivers and water pump pliers, etc., like at my sister's. As changing an exhaust is not something I do often, I'd always muddled through. What a mistake!! Using these well-engineered pliers, removing the rubbers on the centre exhaust unit took literally seconds. I'm an idiot. tldr: These work brilliantly and make a nasty job a piece of cake. You won't be disappointed. (Hint: Makes it a lot easier if you squirt a few drops of rubber lubricant or washing up liquid on the support barbs before using the pliers)

Great value for money and makes a difficult job so easy! Not one of those tools you'll need everyday unless you're a mechanic but good to keep in the tool box for next time. Good quality and easy to use

Value for money , made the job easier this time round. Highly recommended if you need to change the rubbers on your exhaust system.

Cheap and cheerful. Got these few years ago and showing no signs of bending are cracks, just a very handy tool for the toolbox.

Honestly made what was becoming a 30 minute job become a 30 second job. It's amazing how having the correct tool for the job makes it so much easier. Was great for removing the exhaust off my Nissan Juke.

For the money they are a very sturdy tool that does the job/what they were designed to do.

Can’t believe I didn’t have one of those before. If you’ve ever changed an exhaust, you know how much of a pain the rubbers can be. This tool makes removing them a doddle.

This is one of those magical tools that turns a difficult, finnicky job into one that takes seconds. I'm so happy with this. From start to finish I managed to change my exhaust in 40 mins thanks to this.
