Shout out to chatgpt for helping me figure out some skin issues and recommending this product because I did not know it existed. I wish I would have know 10..15 years ago but I'm guessing it would have been a lot more difficult if not impossible to find.Anyway... this is definitely the superior exfoliant for me. It feels almost oily going on but then it feels like it is drawing moisture to the skin. It then absorbs and has helped make my skin so soft, brighter, and has helped reduce and make more removable dark keratin plugs I am prone to on my chin.I initially had a bit of sensitivity and if I use it too many nights in a row my skin might get a bit more dry and sensitive but it is so gentle compared to other products while giving great results. I used AHA for years and while it made my skin soft and helped with breakouts, it stung a lot and caused a lot of redness.I won't be without this now. It's amazing.

I have religiously been using the Face Reality Mandelic serum and decided to try The Ordinary's mandelic to incorporate into my skincare routine. This mandelic is pretty strong and you have to ease into using it. it feels a bit oily but I mix it in with my nighttime gel. make sure to use sunscreen in the mornings as the mandelic increases sun sensitivity. I did notice that my face was breaking out from using this but you have to let your face get adjusted.

I am really pleased with this product! I've had hyperpigmentation on my cheeks for over 15 years! No kidding! I have tried really expensive products to plain aloe vera... baby steps to erase it. Using this product for only 10 days has nearly erased the hyperpigmentation! 10 days of usage! Over 50, my skin is sensitive and reactive (pimple turns to brown spot). This Mandelic acid, has cleared my skin, evened out the tone all over! It has dried my skin a bit, so I use avocado mask whenever possible. You must wash it off in the morning, MUST USE sunscreen! The Mandelic acid molecules are bigger that other acids, so it takes a while to absorb, but def worthwhile! This provider takes a quite a bit to deliver it, so plan to get your second bottle. Unfortunately did not take pics! :/

I have used 10+ products from the ordinary and have liked many of them, but this one was just okay. I’d read a lot about mandelic acid for acne improvement, pore refinement, and brightening skin tone so I was very excited to try this (I have large pores and hyperpigmentation from acne). This was... alright. I haven’t noticed any lightening of my scars or improvement in my skin texture. It helps a little with active acne, and it’s not irritating to my sensitive skin, but it’s nothing to write home about and I have five or six other products that I like much better for blemishes. The price was very reasonable, so it was worth trying, but I wouldn’t purchase this item again.

These product works well removing dirt moisturizing my face. I put it on after getting out of the shower or washing my face. It seems to plump up my face and give a nice glow. I haven’t worn makeup too often due to the results I have had with the I am over 60 yrs old .
