This is a very rich, fragrance-free moisturizer that leaves my skin feeling smooth, hydrated, and comfortable without being greasy. A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts much longer than expected (mine lasted about 6 months with regular use). It works especially well overnight and leaves my skin feeling amazing by morning. It’s quite concentrated, so I only need a small amount to get good coverage. If you’re acne-prone, I’d recommend being a bit mindful with it and using it sparingly, especially in areas where you tend to get clogged pores, since it is more occlusive than the lotion. Ingredient-wise, this is where the Illiyoon line really shines. Like the lotion, it uses a ceramide complex to support the skin barrier, but this cream goes a step further with a richer blend of ceramides, fatty acids, and cholesterol. Having sensitive skin—especially on the face—is such a challenge. My facial skin tends to look dehydrated, so I've been on a journey to find the best product that can give me a dewy look without triggering an allergic reaction. I was enticed to try Illiyoon because it’s marketed as safe for sensitive skin. I usually experience either an itchy rash or small red acne on my cheeks and chin. I bought this product because of its mild formula, and because it doesn't contain ingredients I’m typically allergic to—especially fragrance/perfumes. My skin and even my sinuses are sensitive to fragrances. Unfortunately, I still had an allergic reaction in some areas of my face. It became itchy. During the first two tries, I layered it with two other products: a hydrolyzed collagen jelly cream (also a Korean brand) and a hydro boost cream (an American brand). On the third try, I waited for the rash to go away and then applied the Illiyoon Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream on its own—but sadly, the result was the same. On a positive note, I really like the texture. It's not too thick, not runny or sticky, feels light, and isn't greasy. It doesn’t make your skin look overly glossy like you've applied Vaseline. The size and quantity are good for the price. It retains moisture well, leaving my skin soft and appearing hydrated. As for the overall quality, it's not 100% for me. I was really hoping it would work with my sensitive skin—but unfortunately, it didn’t.

I could not rate this higher. This has changed my skin. I have REALLY, incredibly, obnoxiously sensitive skin. Lanolin? No. Shea butter? No. Coconut? No. Squala/ene? GOD no. I have tried a hundred different moisturizers for my painfully dry, flaky sensitive skin, which can usually only tolerate vaseline and zinc cream (neither of which fix the dryness). Usually the cycle is as follows: skin gets so dry it looks and feels awful, I try a "non-comodogenic, sensitive skin safe" moisturizer, it mildly relieves the dryness while decimating my skin with acne and allergies. I recently hit the winter/autumn dryness and started the cycle again, and ended up with a face full of acne. Now stuck with both dry, flaky skin AND acne, I found this. I scanned the ingredients, found none of the usual suspects, and bought it. Cut to a week later using it morning and night, and my skin has literally never been better. It healed all my acne, fixed my dryness, and has made my skin look and feel so much better. I will never be without this again. Please never stop selling this. Absorbs quickly, non-greasy, no smell, and works better than any other product I've tried at a totally reasonable drug-store price. No notes.

I love this item. My skin is sensitive and I had no reaction. It didnt clog my pores, hydrated well, very lightweight, and made my skin feel silky. I ended up buying the bigger jar after I finished the tube. Worth it!

I have very dry acne prone skin that is also pretty reactive and I absolutely love this moisturizer. It is a thicker consistency but doesnt leave a thick or greasy residue and hasn't triggered any breakouts or reactions. Leaves my face feeling so soft and healthy. It may not be best if you don't have dry skin but it's absolutely perfect for my skin type. You also don't need a lot so it lasts a while, making it more affordable than it seems. Highly recommend!

Satisfying hydration, texture is nice, doesn’t have any weird components, the price is ok for a Korean product selling in Japan (pretty cheap in comparison to other products I would say). Includes ceramides which are apparentely good for skin. I am going to update this review if anything comes up.
