The key to getting great results is proper prep. You definitely want to make sure the surface is well-lubricated using a clay lubricant spray or a diluted clay soap solution before starting. Once the area is properly slick, you gently glide the clay bar over the surface don’t press hard, just let it hover and pick up contaminants as you move it back and forth. After just a few passes, you can actually feel the difference. It pulls embedded dirt, grime, and road contaminants that washing alone won’t remove, leaving the paint incredibly smooth to the touch. The clay itself is easy to work with, soft enough to conform to surfaces but firm enough to hold together without falling apart. It also rinses clean and can be reused several times if stored properly. For the price and performance, it’s a great detailing tool whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. If you take your time and use enough lubrication, the results are seriously impressive.

I was iffy at first to believe these clay bars were going to even clean my car from contaminants as good because of its cheap price for 4. I bought these to work on wrapping my car and these work amazing. It is very durable and good quality clay in my opinion because it is very easy to use on the car, easy to fold and doesn't melt when cleaning my car's hot surfaces.

I have heavy iron in my well and my sprinklers had stained my white truck in several areas. I was concerned there was no way to restore the color without repainting it. Someone recommended I try using a claybar to get the stains out. It was EXTREMELY effective. It did require a substantial amount of elbow grease to do, so be prepared for a workout if you plan to do your whole vehicle. When you see how effective it is, it can get a bit addictive and two hours will fly by. Not only did it remove the iron stains. It cleaned the hard water stains off the chrome and restored the clean mirror finish.

Just A little bit of warm water and soap in a spray bottle and it worked fine. Make sure while you use it you continuously spray and it glides around slippery and smoothly, kneed clay to start fresh …got a lot of marks and contamination out from my cars paint

Works well, I combined 2 bars at a time to have a better grip and surface.contact. needs to be kneaded before use but once you have it glides over the paint

I removed a vinyl wrap from the top of my car and I had a lot a glue left behind. the clay bar worked out great on getting it off and it was a easy process that didn't take hrs to do.

I rarely ever do reviews but this one I thought I should leave my honest opinion so others don't feel as "disappointed". As a car detailer? I would keep looking for other options. As your average consumer? Yeah it does the job and it'll leave you "satisfied". I used for me and my wife's car and it "did the job" but it did not leave the car's paint feeling like glass. I've used other quality clay bars and MAAAN it would leave my paint feeling as soft as a baby's bottom!

This takes some elbow grease, but gets the job done.
