The game play is more or less the same through out every game but lets be honest basically all games are like this. So comments saying its just a cut and paste job makes the game sound cheap and not worth playing but its a nice change for a first person shooter! p.s if you love animals i wouldn't recommend it as there are hunting and skinning quests. It was a shock to my system but i got used to it ;) it also provides a great laugh when with company and strolling through the jungle and suddenly get mauled by a wild tiger. Lets start with Far Cry 2 When Far Cry 2 was released in 2008, it had numerous faults and glitches that gave it's audience a very tedious and poor experience. These faults were NEVER addressed, and still to this day that has remained the case. Even now in it's new 2014 release (Far Cry: The Wild Expedition), Far Cry 2 has not changed. The single player campaign still has many glitches, such as: Collectible items disappearing Getting stuck in certain locations of the game's geometry (the desert in particular) Loading problems Falling through the map Running on the spot Terrible AI, e.g. enemies facing away from you and STILL being able to hit you when they fire On top of that, the multiplayer is even worse. The servers are completely dead, which makes this game's Platinum Trophy unobtainable since this game has 16 multiplayer trophies! Several of which are now unobtainable anyway due to player statistics being removed from the Far Cry 2 online servers in 2013. Besides the unobtainable trophies, the servers are very unstable and the lag just adds to the list of problems. Also, Far Cry 2 has to be installed onto the PS3 system. This takes roughly between 30 to 60 minutes. This is significant, as Far Cry Classic and Far Cry Blood Dragon are not actually on this disc, they are DLC's which must be downloaded to console, codes are provided. So for those of you who have no more space on your hard drive, this could be a problem. Realistically, the only game on this Disc is Far Cry 3. Far Cry Classic and Far Cry Blood Dragon are DLC Far Cry 2 has to be installed to the console (yes this takes up space, over 3600 MB) Far Cry 3 is on the disc So really, your just paying £23.99 for one game, and since most of you already have Far Cry 3, this would be a total waste of money anyway.
