Sofas and More WESTPOINT - CORNER SOFA – FAUX LEATHER – LEFT HAND SIDE (red)

I bought this for my son and was a case of crossing fingers as the price compared to the photos on Amazon , I wasn't sure if the sofa would live up to the photos. It really does, seriously impressed. Well made, sturdy, quality Looks far more expensive than what you pay on here. Amazon gave 3 weeks expected delivery, got a text 2 days after I bought it, was delivered the next day. Advise you call the number that sends you the text to get actual updates on delivery. Communication between the company and delivery driver isn't great but considering what you get is well worth the patience

From the time the sofa arrived it’s caused nothing but distress, paid full price and having trouble returning it. I’m a 67 yr old woman that lives alone, now they’ve asked for me to leave sofa outside the door on day of return as it’s easier for the courier to return. How am I supposed to get this monstrosity down the stairs as I’m in a second floor flat and then leave it outside. Tried getting in touch with seller only to be answered by o2 answering machine…… it’s a robbery to me as I’m now down by £569 and to be honest I’d recommend that nobody else buy this product, shoddy workmanship, horrible rude person that delivered it and a huge headache to try to return it and get my money back…… regards….. very dis-satisfied customer

This is sofa is brilliant for the price and so comfy it's unbelievable. What I will say is that the company doesn't have a clue about delivery's or who has ordered what. Bit of a mix up saying its delivered when it hasn't. Also they don't unpack or make it unless paid . Also holes had to be drilled into sofa for the feet to go on no holes at all so took over a hour . Apart from that brilliant quality I bought the red it's so stylish and bigger than it looks. Love it. The company needs to do better on their customer service.

Gorgeous sofa however I was really embarrassed when the guy delivered it and said I had to pay him 40 pound cash if I wanted him to put the legs on and take it out the wrapper as I didn't have 40 pound on me that day.

When I received my parcel it’s already has a small mark (damage). The technician try to fix it and this is what I got. It’s disappointed.

Had a few problems with actually getting this sofa.... first Amazon cancelled my order saying it was out of stock when it wasn't...Computer glitch apparently...then waited weeks for delivery, was promised it was going to happen..it didn't..told it would be sorted..it wasn't.. so many mistakes. I finally got my sofa...The sofa company apologised and brought my sofa which is great...looks good...There is a spring that seems a little out of place but will be keeping an eye on that...Delivery was ok too... It does say on my account it was delivered on the 16th December? ? NO IT WASN'T...yet another mistake...It was actually delivered on the 22nd December. UPDATE: Jan 2021 unfortunately only after 3 weeks of having the sofa most of the fixed seat cushion springs was starting to splay out..you could feel the the metal springs poking out and if that was happening after 3 weeks then probably in another 3 or so weeks the springs would be coming through the material... not good. I decided to send it back. Got a hassel free full refund and the sofa was picked up. Such a shame I really liked the sofa
