12000 Peak Watt Dual Fuel Portable Inverter Generator, Remote Electric Start, Transfer Switch Ready, Gas and Propane Powered, Low THD - Safe for Electronics, Parallel Capable, CO Sensor

We ordered this to make sure that if we lose power we can have AC and power in the arizona heat. Amazon screwed up and sent a upgrade version so we got a tri fuel instead of a duel but score for us. The generator is solid- was easy to set up and after youtubing the proper break in ( DO IT DONT ASK JUST DO IT) you will get many many years out of this baby The push button start is nice and its a well built clean looking device

Love it! This thing powers everything in my 3,000 square ft. house accept my A/C and washer and dryer.

We purchased this for all all volunteer run Food Trailer that forwards all profits to a highly rated local charity! This 12000 watt generator replaced (2)-7500 watt Genmax generators that were very problematic and required constant attention & restarting. The Westinghouse has ran flawlessly for over 2 weeks. It's also quieter than just (1) of the 7500 watt. The size & weight worked out great for our application.

Incredible product, we have had to use this daily for a while because of our power consumption recently. I’d buy again if I needed too and I’ll recommend to family and friends. We’ve used gas and propane.

Only ran it a day so far but it runs like a champ. Using it for a coffee truck and it should have plenty of watts to run everything. Nice and quiet to not disrupt either. So far very satisfied.

⭐️ 1 Star — Warranty Disappointment The generator runs but suddenly stopped producing power. I contacted Westinghouse for warranty support, but after the first year, they said labor is no longer covered, and the service center we found does not even handle the electrical/generator system. Be careful when relying on the advertised warranty. When there is a serious problem, getting the actual issue resolved may be much harder than expected. Very disappointed with the product and warranty support.

ITS MISSING THE PULL CORD SYSTEM AND WE ONLY NOTICED IT NOW AFTER USING IT AND NOT NEEDING THAT PART OF IT. TRYING TO FIND THE EXACT PART TO GET IT REPLACED ASA P =) OTHERWISE WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GENERATOR!!!!

received in perfect condition, setup was easy, customer service was very helpful assisting me locate the serial number, and helped me with operator error in hooking up the battery and not reading the instructions enough. Parts department was very helpful getting me high altitude jets with NO shipping charge.
