Northstar Decor Solid Brass Bidet Sprayer (Traditional/Transitional)

I would give it 5 stars due to solid and sturdy all brass construction but there are two major issues i encountered with this unit:1. The metal hose shielding that houses plastic water hose inside kept unscrewing from the head unit which exposes the plastic water hose inside and makes it bubble up under pressure. Not only does it look stupid but it is dangerous; if the plastic hose breaks under pressure it would cause a major flood. Metal hose sleeve is what keeps the inner hose from blowing up like a balloon and bursting. I had to permanently screw-in and bond in place to avoid another detachment.2. Upon installation, the handle was hard to depress to turn on water flow. I was hoping this was just a short period while the unit “breaks in” but it never got better. Only worse, to the point that it was next to impossible to press the handle with one hand. It kinda defeats the purpose of the whole thing, doesn’t it? I took it apart to see what the issue is. There are two rubber gaskets and it’s the bugger one that seems to get stuck. Now I have to find a way to replace this custom size rubber gasket or perhaps throw the whole thing away. Since the gasket is somewhat wide, I might have to double up with two thinner ones but I will have to find the right size.This is among the most expensive hand-held bidets and these quality issues should not be happening. For the price, I shouldn’t have to custom repair this to make it work. I have another half-the-price unit in one of the other bathrooms and it’s been working fine for years.I would love to give it 5 stars but unfortunately it’s impossible given these major performance issues.

It is exactly what we needed and the quality is way better than expected. Excellent. I have neuropathy and it is very difficult for me to operate other models in the market, this one is a hit! Thank you.
