This kind of B12 is supposed to support nerve healing. This means neuropathy pain improves. I have found this to be true. The taste is quite pleasant. I have been taking this for years now and will continue.

I took this when I was more sick and needed an energy boost to get through the day. I felt it was really helpful. I didn't take it every day, just when I felt more sluggish in the morning. It tastes good, too, as it comes as a little lozenge that you let dissolve in your mouth. I have recommended it to several others, as well. I no longer have energy issues, but if I did I would consider using this again.

My blood work showed that I was B12 deficient, likely due to long term H2 blocker use. I previously was told that oral B12 medication isn't as efective as injectible B12, but my next blood work showed that I was slightly over the upper limit of the B12 range, so 5000mcg per every day is a little too much for me. Per doctors recommendation I only take it every other day now. I may continue that way or start using a smaller dosage every day. Either way, this product works for me. I take it by chewing it up into little pieces and then let it dissolve under my tongue.

No way to tell how these are working but I say fine so far been about a month. Have not done any worse than when I was using sublingual of the inferior synthetic B12 that they bind to cyanide. To be honest, is it really worth it to go with the naturally occurring cobalt derived B12? Don't know. Too soon to tell or just too difficult to tell. I was getting B12 shot every month and it took several month before I thought I saw a difference. The price of shots to this is similar. Since my insurance has a gazillion dollar deductible and doesn't pay for anything, I go OTC whenever possible. This was a decent price point between the two. I like the tablet compared to messy messy liquid drops.I do have an issue with a HUGE bottle which contains little product. Just wasteful if nothing else.
