Definitely helps recovery from tired legs after running
The first time I tried this my legs were aching from a 20 mile run and they recovered about 1 day sooner than I expected. I have carried on taking it, as it does seem to aid recovery a bit and is reasonably priced. I don't like macha much and found the taste quite bad and powdery when dissolved in cold water, but now I mix it with a bit of cold water, to up with hot water from a kettle, stir in 1/4 tsp of turmeric and 1/4 tsp of vegetable stock and it tastes much better. Update: After doing that for a couple of weeks I liked the taste, so have it on its own in a drink now, I leave the teaspoon in to stir it occasionally so the powder doesn't settle. It definitely sorts my aching muscles out after exercise so I can comfortably run again the next day. Another update, I am running even faster now, last 10k was 46:25, I was slower than 48 when I started. This green 37 powder definitely helps my legs repair so I can now run 4 times a week with no ill consequences. Before discovering this my legs would get more and more tired and I would have to take a couple of weeks off eventually to recover, so it was hard to improve. Further update, I now have found the key, greens37 when doing a hard run plus some high quality protein after, eg a tin of tuna: Keeps muscles from getting strained and keeps running speed and stamina increasing

Great value
This is a great product that comes at a very reasonable price compared to similar options. It doesn't upset my stomach like other powders and helps with fatigue. Easily mixes with protein powders or palatable on its own.

It doesn't induce superhuman powers; it just makes you feel better about yourself
Yes, we know that this isn't a substitute for a healthy and nutritious diet, and yes we're not dumb enough to think that this will give us Popeye powers. But it does seem to be doing something. It smells and tastes great (I mix a spoonful with a glass of milk in a cocktail shaker as an enjoyable starter for the day), and after four weeks of daily use I seem to have more energy, less bloating and a more agreeable gut (behaviour, not appearance). Is it a placebo or can you enjoy the same benefits via healthy food choices? Who knows but after almost five decades of not consuming this, the past month has been surprisingly beneficial. So I'll probably continue to buy it (and who doesn't love a free wooden spoon?). Give it a try - you might like it too!

Good Product
Tip add to your morning smoothie. Taste is tolerable but not something one looks forward to.

As good as more well known brands
Pretty pleased. 300g and a decent price. Came with a spoon and had the right key ingredients I was looking for. Slightly sweet taste. Hugely cheaper than some more well known brands but after a week or so I can can say it’s as good as quality. Will be adding to my monthly repurchases

Fine green powder, smells like a pond
Hi there, As you can probably tell, I'm not your average green drinker. I thought I'd give this a try to see what noticeable benefits there are. I've only had it two days and nothing just yet, I'll try to update towards the end of the packet. I can tell you this though. The powder is green and very fine, the nice wooden spoon comes in the same packet and it's covered in the powder, so you will want to clean it and lose a little powder on first use. When you open the packet there's a pond like smell. Mixing with water and drinking, you'll get that strong pond smell again... I'm not a fan of the smell or taste. I tried adding some honey, that didn't help. I'll do my best to drink it all, one per day... but I'm really not looking forward to it. I like my vegetables and fruit, I would have expected it possible to make something healthy and tasty with what nature provides, but may be not. We'll see if there's any noticeable differences over time, I'm not expecting anything right now.

taste not the best
I’ve been using this Greens Powder for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a great product. The ingredient list is impressive, packed with 37 superfoods, probiotics, and adaptogens like KSM-66 Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane, which makes it a solid addition to my daily routine. I’ve noticed a boost in energy and digestion feels smoother, which is a big plus. The only downside for me is the taste—it’s quite strong, even when mixed with juice or a smoothie. If you’re used to greens powders, it’s manageable, but for newcomers, it might take some getting used to. Still, for the quality and benefits, it’s worth it!
