Is this good for a 7 1/2 year old?

I would definitely say YES. I bought it for my 3 girls who were 3,5 and 9 and they love it. Had it for almost 2 years now and they still love playing with it.

Do you have a baby doll high chair and or baby swing that matches this set?

No I don’t it didn’t come with one. The crib broke in like 6 months of having it. I wouldn’t recommend this set
