Does this food have sunflower seeds and is this food dusty ?

No sunflower seeds. That's why I purchase it. Sunflower seeds too fatty for birds and long term use can cause health problems. Not dusty. Fairly clean, fresh seed.

Why is the bird food being delivered so late

I order by subscription. That way you know when bird food is shipped.

Can these seeds be sprouted? Thanks!

I've never tried to sprout them, so I'm not sure.

Can it fit in mailbox , tracking says left in mailbox not possible

Mail person will stuff your box and it’ll be difficult to get out! I have reported my carrier!
